We want your cat to love their new bed. If they don't — or you don't — you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

Items eligible for full refund:

• Unused, in original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number

Who pays return shipping:

• Defective or damaged on arrival: We cover return shipping + send a replacement
• Wrong item shipped: We cover return shipping + send the correct item
• Changed your mind: You pay return shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to start a return: Email hello@furravo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.
